Scope of Application
Heungjin Industrial Co., Ltd. strives to create a new future through creative thinking and relentless innovation, aiming to become a global company that contributes to the aspirations of humanity.
The practice of ethical management is the foundation for achieving this vision. Therefore, to become a trusted partner to all stakeholders and to enhance customer value, Heungjin Industrial Co., Ltd. has revised its Code of Ethics and Code of Practice. All members of Heungjin Industrial Co., Ltd. must comply with this Code of Ethics and Code of Practice.
Employees of Heungjin Industrial Co., Ltd. shall act in accordance with this Code in all interactions with clients and partners. All employees to whom this Code applies must perform their duties in compliance with the laws and regulations of their respective countries, in addition to this Code of Ethics and Code of Practice. Furthermore, we encourage all stakeholders in business with the Company to respect this Code.
Companies subject to this Code must conduct their business in accordance with all regulations, policies, and guidelines based on this Code. If this Code or its related policies conflict with local laws and regulations, the local laws and regulations shall take precedence. This Code may be revised to reflect the specific legal and industrial characteristics of each country, and separate detailed policies may be established as necessary. Any organization intending to adopt this Code of Ethics and Code of Practice must obtain prior approval from Hyundai Rotem.
